From Hospital Bed to Ironman: A Journey Built on Consistency!
"Real results. Real experience. Helping ordinary people achieve extraordinary lifestyle changes."
My fitness journey didn't start in a gym—it started in a hospital bed.
Just over five years ago, I weighed more than 130kg and was recovering from sepsis caused by gout. At that point, I was physically unfit, mentally exhausted, and facing the reality that something had to change.
What followed wasn't a quick fix, crash diet, or a 12-week transformation. It was five years of consistency, patience, and learning how to build sustainable habits that could be maintained for life.
Today, I weigh approximately 75kg and have achieved things I once thought were impossible. Along the way I have completed multiple half marathons, marathons, ultra-marathons, Ironman 70.3 events, Ironman Barcelona,
and Hyrox competitions.
Each event has taught me valuable lessons about discipline, resilience, mindset, and the power of showing up day after day.
The reason I became a coach is simple: I know what it's like to start from the beginning. I understand the challenges of losing weight, building confidence, overcoming setbacks, and balancing fitness with work, family,
and everyday life.
My approach isn't about perfection. It's about creating realistic, sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle and help you become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself.
The photos below show my journey over the last five years. They represent thousands of small decisions, countless early mornings, difficult training sessions, and a commitment to never giving up.
If I can go from 130kg and a hospital bed to completing Ironman events and ultra-marathons, imagine what you can achieve with the right support, guidance, and consistency.
Your starting point doesn't define your future. The decision to start does.
