About Me
Hi, I'm Matthew, founder of MC² Fitness.
My fitness journey hasn't been straightforward. Like many people, I've experienced periods where work, life and personal challenges took priority over my health. At my heaviest, I weighed over 20 stone and knew something had to change.
Through a combination of mindset, daily movement and consistency, I transformed my health, losing over 100 lbs and going on to complete events including a numerous Half Marathon, Marathons, Ultra Marathons, Ironman 70.3's, Ironman Barcelona and HYROX competitions. More importantly, I developed habits that created lasting change rather than relying on quick fixes.
Alongside my fitness journey, I have spent over 25 years leading teams and managing high-pressure environments in both the military and in other industries since becoming a service leaver.
This experience has taught me the importance of discipline, resilience, accountability and having a clear plan to achieve success.
I created MC² Fitness to help others achieve their own goals in a realistic and sustainable way. Whether you're looking to lose weight, improve your fitness, build confidence, prepare for an event, or simply create healthier habits, my coaching is designed around you and your lifestyle.
